- Company address and contact person
- Bank details in the company's name
- Warranty and RMA terms
- References or trading history, optional
How to send stock and offers
Send stock lists and price lists by Telegram or email in Excel, CSV or PDF. Screenshots work too. For automated stock feeds in CSV, XML or through an API, email ab@dxbds.com to set up.
Every offer should state:
- Exact part number
- Condition: factory new, retail or OEM
- Packaging: tray or box, OEM or retail
- Quantity in stock
- Unit price and currency
- Lead time
- Ship-from location
- Shipping to Dubai: included or cost
- Warranty
- Payment terms
- Price validity
Complete offers are processed first. Prices in USD, AED or other currencies are accepted.
Confidentiality
We do not share our clients' identities with suppliers. Your prices and contacts are not shared with other suppliers.
