What we collect
- Details you send through our forms: name, company, business email, phone or messenger, request details and attached files.
- Messages and files you send to our Telegram bot, and email correspondence with us.
- Company documents and bank details that suppliers provide during onboarding.
- Basic technical data processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, for security and delivery of the website.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare quotations and source products.
- To onboard and work with suppliers.
- To perform transactions, including invoicing, payment, inspection and shipping.
- To meet legal obligations, such as KYC, export control, accounting and record-keeping.
- To protect our business and users against fraud and misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not share buyer identities with suppliers. When we source a product, we share only the product specification needed to obtain offers. We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Website hosting and form processing (Netlify).
- Messaging (Telegram) and email services.
- An AI service provider (Anthropic) that helps us process incoming messages and draft replies. Our team oversees this process.
- Logistics, inspection and banking partners, when needed to complete a specific deal.
We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. We use providers that apply appropriate security measures.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as needed for our business relationship and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law where it applies, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Email ab@dxbds.com. We reply within a reasonable time.
Cookies and fonts
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
