What we do

We act as a sourcing and trading partner between business buyers and a network of distributors and stockholders. A buyer sends a part number, quantity and destination. We request offers from screened suppliers in several regions, check that each offer matches the specification, and manage the purchase, inspection and shipment.

We work with resellers, system integrators, data-center operators and corporate IT teams that need specific parts quickly or in volume.

Where we source

Dubai is our trading hub. We source from suppliers in these markets and deliver to buyers worldwide, subject to export rules.

How we work

  1. Request

    The buyer sends part numbers, quantities, condition and destination.

  2. Sourcing

    The request goes to screened suppliers that carry the category.

  3. Verification

    Offers are checked against the specification. Any doubt about a part number is resolved before quoting.

  4. Quotation

    The buyer receives price, stock, condition, lead time, warranty and price validity.

  5. Order and payment

    Terms are fixed in a proforma invoice. Payment terms are agreed for each deal.

  6. Inspection and shipment

    Goods are checked before shipment and delivered with tracking and commercial documents.

Compliance and verification

  • Supplier screening. Company registration, trade license and contacts are checked before a supplier can quote.
  • Specification match. When an offer differs in any detail, the exact part number is confirmed with the supplier and then with the buyer.
  • Stock and condition checks. Where available, photos, serial numbers and labels are reviewed before shipment.
  • Export control. End-user and destination checks for controlled items. We do not trade with sanctioned parties or destinations.
  • Documented terms. Every deal is based on a written quotation or proforma invoice.
  • Confidentiality. Buyer details are not shared with suppliers, and supplier details are not shared with buyers.
